Service Description

ClassroomDash is a classroom management tool for tracking hall passes, attendance, and student status. It is designed for use by teachers and school staff in educational settings.

Acceptable Use

The service is provided as-is for educational use. Teachers are responsible for the student data they enter into ClassroomDash. Users must comply with their school or district's data privacy policies when using the service. You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any purpose other than legitimate classroom management.

Accounts

Google Sign-In is required to use ClassroomDash. Currently, each account supports one classroom. Teachers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and should not share their login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Pricing

The free tier includes core features such as barcode pass tracking, attendance logging, and SmartBoard display. Paid tiers (Pro, Campus, District) are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

Data & Privacy

Your use of ClassroomDash is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Teachers own the data they enter into ClassroomDash. We do not claim ownership of your student data, rosters, or attendance records.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we make changes, we will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Teachers can delete their account and all associated data at any time from within the app. Upon termination, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

ClassroomDash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
